      The pay, personal work environment, overtime and the coworkers.

      Cons

      Upper management was inconsistent, I was let go for a minor infraction. Without warning and was told that they loved my work, quality of work and work ethic however they were terminating me.

      Cons

      Place is Toxic with Woke Mentality, if you come from any blue-collar industry you will not fit in as you will offend every and there is not enough safe spaces for all the crybabies there. Insurance is a joke. most of Upper management is part of a few families, no growth opportunities unless you are a part of that cliche,
