      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Politically connected board members. No company debt. Exempt employees treated with respect and trust.

      Cons

      Revolving door policy almost to the top. Not a career company for most. Focus is numbers, not quality. Safety violations and general lack of regard for not exempt employees. Sweat shop feel. Kind of place that getting a raise makes you feel dirty.

      Place is Toxic with Woke Mentality, if you come from any blue-collar industry you will not fit in as you will offend every and there is not enough safe spaces for all the crybabies there. Insurance is a joke. most of Upper management is part of a few families, no growth opportunities unless you are a part of that cliche,
