Pros

Most departments work hard to bring value to the work environment and products.

Cons

Many internal promotions not based upon education or applicable experience, but rather external click affiliation. Bonuses and Profit sharing are used like carrots to keep status quo of employees pacified just enough to prevent them from leaving. Some employees become comfortable and conditioned to believe they are unable to find more suitable employment elsewhere.

Cons

Place is Toxic with Woke Mentality, if you come from any blue-collar industry you will not fit in as you will offend every and there is not enough safe spaces for all the crybabies there. Insurance is a joke. most of Upper management is part of a few families, no growth opportunities unless you are a part of that cliche,
