      Pros

      Company is heading places, for most part good teamwork between departments. Lots of changes since I've been there, most for the better. 401k is best out there.

      Cons

      Biggest problem I ran into was new hires making more than seasoned employees. I hope this has been remedied as of recent. Also get ready for screws in your tires, big tread tires help.

      401K is 175% matching, Flexibility

      Cons

      Place is Toxic with Woke Mentality, if you come from any blue-collar industry you will not fit in as you will offend every and there is not enough safe spaces for all the crybabies there. Insurance is a joke. most of Upper management is part of a few families, no growth opportunities unless you are a part of that cliche,
