Most of the people I worked with were awesome. The property was very nice. You can make your own schedule.

Cons

The stress that no one helps with. They don’t have a very good training program for any position. Had to drive over 30 mins just to get to work.

I get to work with some wonderful people! I also have the autonomy to make decisions and manage my days accordingly. Fair workload that keeps me busy and engaged.

Pay and ability to get items needed for job, desk, office area

Cons

Training was sub par, no support from manager and when going to HR nothing was done to assist. Very clicky organization and if you are not "one of the in crowd" you better blend in to the wall and keep your mouth shut about anyone that is in the group or you are out the door. The place has a load of potential - it needs to step back and set intention, reflect on core values
