      Pros

      Some good experienced superintendents you could learn from. Senior super makes everyone feel like you will lose your job, no matter how good you are. A lot of weekends making up for PM's mistakes. Owners entire family works there and you have to pick up there slack. Especially the owners superintendent family member.

      Cons

      The place is like a revolving door in ever position. Very odd environment.

      Good work/life balance, great mentors and resources for entry level, enjoyable office life, very supportive department.

      Cons

      Handful of toxic employees that are never addressed, little room for growth, lots of politics in the office.
