Pros

Uncapped Income, Company Vehicle, Providing a service that can save lives

Cons

Training is abysmal, there is next to no accountability, very little support from management, systems and standards that are put in place are abandoned if the result means a metric is negatively impacted. Communication between departments is non-existent.

Pros

shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

Cons

you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
