Pros
Able to set your own work schedule. Lots of hard working people.
Cons
The company has potential and isn’t a bad place to work, but the internal culture around recruiter conduct makes it very difficult to succeed. Management does not consistently enforce rules regarding ownership of travelers. Even when you follow the guidelines and do things the right way, it’s common to see multiple coworkers reaching out to the same travelers shortly afterward, often with mass text blasts or conflicting pitches. This creates a chaotic environment, looks unprofessional to the travelers we’re trying to build relationships with, and makes it nearly impossible to maintain or grow a book of business. When these issues are brought to management, they tend to overlook them. At times, managers even encourage aggressive outreach approaches, only to later state on team calls that such behavior shouldn’t be happening. If there were clearer boundaries and consistent enforcement of standards, it could be a much stronger workplace.
