Pros

- It's a good place to get your foot in the door for recruiting because they turn almost no one away. - High ceiling for commission

Cons

- Incredibly low base salary for the industry and location. - Management plays favorites and blames you for unavoidable outcomes. - You are expected to be on and available 24/7 for nurses, as well as internal communication. - Benefits are menial at best. - Leadership lauds the work environment and employee appreciation, but won't hear a word of end-of-year bonuses (they send a gift box with terrible items that no one uses or break within a month), and won't entertain raises even when presented with data on inflation. - They will resist any kind of positive changes for employees that would cost the company anything.

Pros

My recruiter, Nikki, is wonderful. She works very hard to keep me informed and applied everywhere I ask. She is always available when I have concerns or questions. Also, she is very prompt and attentive. Ive very much enjoyed working for AHS.

Cons

I have no cons to speak of

Pros

I LOVE my job! Every day I get to assist Dialysis RN's & PCT's in finding new travel healthcare opportunities! AHS cares about the people working here and we have a great culture for both internal and external employees. If you choose to apply for a staff position or a travel position you will be given an amazing opportunity if selected to work with AHS!

Cons

I can't always get my bosses to approve $3,000+ gross weekly for every travel position, but until I can I make sure everyone gets the best offer I can give! No other Cons I can think of!
