Pros
A repaired picnic table in the parking lot. Oh, and the management brings sausage biscuits after they fire people!
Cons
The managers are hypocrites. They regularly show an hour late, but write up employees for being 10 minutes late. The senior leadership cares nothing about their employees. They have created a culture of fear where anyone who voices their opinion will be looking for a new job or targeted by management. They do not care about patients......they care about meeting production goals.
