Absolute worst excuse for 'leadership'. Google the difference between a boss and a leader and that explains it all. It is do as I say, not as I do. Employees are penalized for being 7 minutes late. "Leadership" shows up at 10am and leaves at 2pm. They gossip about their employees, down to making fun of their appearance and race. They have created a cut-throat environment with the current policies and it does not have to be that way. Happy, appreciated employees will work so much harder (and smarter) than employees who are miserable and always looking over their shoulder. At AIS, management has nothing else to do so they spy on employees. They pay great, but that is to trap people who need the money. The good, 5 star reviews on Glassdoor are all written by current upper management and HR because they are having trouble finding employees. No joke.

The managers are hypocrites. They regularly show an hour late, but write up employees for being 10 minutes late. The senior leadership cares nothing about their employees. They have created a culture of fear where anyone who voices their opinion will be looking for a new job or targeted by management. They do not care about patients......they care about meeting production goals.
