Business Outlook
Pros
The company is great. The benefits are good, time off is accrued. 30 day wait on benefits. Company matches 401 K from Day 1. Able to work from home during the Pandemic.
Cons
Finance department managers are not helpful. They expect you too know what you are doing from day 1. They do not like to be asked questions. If they do not want to answer you then they ignore you or say they will get back to you and then do not. No leadership in the department. Not a team environment. Too much focus on quantity and not quality. So disappointed in the environment.
