There was free food a lot

Cons

No one takes responsibility. Everyday new processes are put into place to make it easier for other departments. The GM is a JOKE, has no idea what is going on!!! Definitely faked it til he made it. The buddy system is strong in that place.

Cons

Leadership at AIS is corrupt. I can't post links but google "courtlistener advanced infusion bcbs" if you want to find out more information. While your at it, also google "bbb advanced infusion solutions" and read the patient reviews. It speaks volumes of the company. The CEO has created a culture of fear. AIS is the type of company where you tow the line and do what you're told without question or get terminated. Do your research on this company before you consider this place for your future employment.

Pros

None. The processes for doing the work are not thought out. It's a buddy system and all about who "likes" you whether or not you'll get acknowledged or considered for another position.

Cons

Won't let you do your job! Everybody is trying to do everybody else's job instead of being cross-trained correctly. Need to be proficient and efficient in how things could be done.
