There was free food a lot

Cons

No one takes responsibility. Everyday new processes are put into place to make it easier for other departments. The GM is a JOKE, has no idea what is going on!!! Definitely faked it til he made it. The buddy system is strong in that place.

Uneducated, unethical, and lazy employees get promoted. Accountability is null, the intake dept is incompetent and a revolving dysfunction door Childish behavior , high school atmosphere
