Pros

Great people to work with. Work is not hard. Pay is ok, could be better.

Cons

The company keeps promoting the same upper management every quarter. If you are a VP of Human Resources, then you'll get promoted to Senior VP. Everyone who wants to grow with company gets over looked. And they would rather hire outside of the company than promote within. You can't grow with the company when they do that. Then they took the bonus program away and at Christmas time too. But I guarantee the CEO, still gets his 329,000.00 bonus. Shameful!

fair pay, decent benefits, hybrid schedule

Cons

I am surprised they don't have a class action lawsuit for racism and high turnover of only minorities, from directors to reps. They are nice in the interview but you start noticing things fairly soon, Unrealstic goals, unfair treatment, poor upper management
