Free cans of soda and free lunch weekly. Could be a wonderful place to work if they would completely get rid of all current management.
Cons
Absolute worst excuse for 'leadership'. Google the difference between a boss and a leader and that explains it all. It is do as I say, not as I do. Employees are penalized for being 7 minutes late. "Leadership" shows up at 10am and leaves at 2pm. They gossip about their employees, down to making fun of their appearance and race. They have created a cut-throat environment with the current policies and it does not have to be that way. Happy, appreciated employees will work so much harder (and smarter) than employees who are miserable and always looking over their shoulder. At AIS, management has nothing else to do so they spy on employees. They pay great, but that is to trap people who need the money. The good, 5 star reviews on Glassdoor are all written by current upper management and HR because they are having trouble finding employees. No joke.
