Salary was alright, nothing to die for.

Cons

Very disorganized. Going to another company from here feels like you were working teenagers without even realizing until you can finally breathe somewhere else. No organization at all. No processes that make any sense. Everyone is always trying to one up each other so the point pretty much goes mute after. While. Upper management (couple people they let run the whole place) are childish and keep the moral low. Would not allow for any remote opportunities. We’re slimy to their customers and workers.

The building itself was clean and the paychecks came on time.

Cons

• Parts arrived without labels or tracking, and different people gave different answers about where to log them. • The company had no systems in place for anything. • Work orders constantly changed locations depending on who updated them. • Tools disappeared without any tracking, and protocols changed without clear communication. • Most of my time was spent figuring out what I was supposed to do next instead of repairing anything. • Decisions from above came with no clear direction or timelines, forcing employees to guess what mattered next. • The role became navigating a dysfunctional system instead of performing repairs.
