The way employees work together and get things done was good.

Cons

It's horrible nightmare working with Aqualis management! I was bullied into working extra hours because the manager needs something done, I wasn't even paid for the extra hours didn't even get any favors. It was terrible!! I couldn't express how much I hated working in this awful company!!

The building itself was clean and the paychecks came on time.

Cons

• Parts arrived without labels or tracking, and different people gave different answers about where to log them. • The company had no systems in place for anything. • Work orders constantly changed locations depending on who updated them. • Tools disappeared without any tracking, and protocols changed without clear communication. • Most of my time was spent figuring out what I was supposed to do next instead of repairing anything. • Decisions from above came with no clear direction or timelines, forcing employees to guess what mattered next. • The role became navigating a dysfunctional system instead of performing repairs.
