Pros

They offered decent benefits, such as a 401k, to employees. I don't recall anything else as a positive thing that I experienced here.

Cons

The summer months were insanely stressful. Everyone had to work ridiculously long, brutal, and terribly exhausting hours. It came without any warning and was awful for your work-life balance. The management expected you to put in extra hours but never bothered to appreciate your can-do attitude. It was hurtful!

We'd like to hear more of your experience, so we can improve upon our employee appreciation program, especially during the high volume months. Please feel free to send additional comments and details to hr@aqualisco.com to look into this further.

Pros

The building itself was clean and the paychecks came on time.

Cons

• Parts arrived without labels or tracking, and different people gave different answers about where to log them. • The company had no systems in place for anything. • Work orders constantly changed locations depending on who updated them. • Tools disappeared without any tracking, and protocols changed without clear communication. • Most of my time was spent figuring out what I was supposed to do next instead of repairing anything. • Decisions from above came with no clear direction or timelines, forcing employees to guess what mattered next. • The role became navigating a dysfunctional system instead of performing repairs.
