Pros

The job title sounded good on paper

Cons

Equipment was outdated, field conditions were hazardous, and leadership didn't care about safety or staff morale. I was sent into situations that felt reckless, and when I raised concerns, I was shut down. It's hard to be proud of your work when the company is more concerned about cutting corners than protecting people.

Pros

The building itself was clean and the paychecks came on time.

Cons

• Parts arrived without labels or tracking, and different people gave different answers about where to log them. • The company had no systems in place for anything. • Work orders constantly changed locations depending on who updated them. • Tools disappeared without any tracking, and protocols changed without clear communication. • Most of my time was spent figuring out what I was supposed to do next instead of repairing anything. • Decisions from above came with no clear direction or timelines, forcing employees to guess what mattered next. • The role became navigating a dysfunctional system instead of performing repairs.
