Pros

Encourages using latest engineering tools/technologies. Smart hiring/firing decisions. No "right sizing" teams through layoffs. Challenges employees to improve and gain new skills. No egos in the management team. Fully embraced remote first work mindset. Excellent benefits. Feels like they really care about their people

Cons

Established company but engineering has a 'startup' mentality. With that you may have to branch out into new areas of the product with little guidance and learn on the fly. If you aren't into career progression and happy where you are, the proding to gain new skills could be annoying.

Pros

This company promotes a people first mindset and they mean it. I've never worked anywhere else that took care of their employees like AVOXI does. Leadership is very approachable and down to earth as well as promotes a good work/life balance

Cons

There are not many office locations if you prefer in-person interactions

Pros

AVOXI has a collaborative, supportive culture where people genuinely want to see one another succeed. Leadership is accessible, transparent, and committed to moving the company forward while continuing to invest in employees. There is a high level of trust, which creates opportunities to take ownership, contribute ideas, and make a meaningful impact regardless of title. The company continues to grow and evolve, creating opportunities to learn new skills, work cross-functionally, and contribute to important initiatives. I've been fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues who care deeply about customers, innovation, and each other.

Cons

None that stand out from my experience. As AVOXI continues to grow, there are always new opportunities, initiatives, and areas of focus emerging across the business. The pace keeps the work interesting and provides ongoing opportunities to learn and contribute.
