This company promotes a people first mindset and they mean it. I've never worked anywhere else that took care of their employees like AVOXI does. Leadership is very approachable and down to earth as well as promotes a good work/life balance

There is a high level of trust, which creates opportunities to take ownership, contribute ideas, and make a meaningful impact regardless of title. The company continues to grow and evolve, creating opportunities to learn new skills, work cross-functionally, and contribute to important initiatives. I've been fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues who care deeply about customers, innovation, and each other.
