The pay is horrendous. The clinic in Charlotte does not get cleaned very well with REPEATED instances of lice, bed bugs, roaches without notifying parents and sometimes staff. The charlotte location allows medical fraud, HIPPA violations and BCBA's do not adhere to code of ethics on a regular basis. A BCBA at this location has been harrassing and retaliating against staff members with no consequences. BCBA use of vapes on company property. BCBA's have been seen mocking children. Without consent, BCBA have "outed" staff sexual oreintation to others on multiple occasions. Not a safe space for children or staff.
