Pros

Gained more of a appreciation for the industry of ABA. It was truly meaningful work. Guaranteed 40 hours were GREAT, set schedule same time everyday, no weekends!! I loved the job, & since I left, I continued to hear great things. Didn't want to leave but had to due to moving.

Cons

It wasn't really a con but, for some if you're not used to breaking with your client, it can be a con for those individuals that are used to 30-1 hour long breaks by yourself. You get used to it.
