Pros

Not enough to name but good benefits. Other than that I have nothing nice to say. If you aren't shipped off to another clinic when a client cancels they pay you for the day to do admin work. It's a good way for someone who is in a program to get paid indirect hours.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional supervisors(BCBA's in clinic and Regional). You will be made aware that you are replaceable and expendable. If your client is having behavior, good luck because no one is coming to help. They expect you to travel all over the CSRA if they need a substitute with very little if any notice. When you arrive at these clinics to fill in you are given little to no info on the client and then expected to have them for 4 hours with no help. You aren't given a tour of the clinic or even told where the clients belongings are. You are told to read their client info in their session and told good luck. It's ridiculous, and if the client has behavior you might get help from the lead or clinical assistant if they have one or aren't off doing something on the computer. They never put CA's or leads on the floor to cover call outs they would rather make you drive 30 minutes to sub while the CA and lead sit around "making materials". If you have any grievances you will be retaliated against even though they claim to have an open door policy. If you complain too much or care about the clients health and safety enough to call out when sick then you are fired lol. A big rule is no gossip however that is all anyone at the company does. BCBA's have favorites and will make that known. They also pay very little for the amount of work you do. You have to spend the last 30 minutes of your day cleaning while also having to complete a long drawn out session note that has way too many rules. Even if your client picks up late you are expected to finish your chores unless someone is nice enough to help you and its usually not a supervisor. BCBA's will also let RBTs in their inner circle pick and chose what clients they do and don't want to work with. Overall they have good benefits and if you are anything other than an RBT you will have a nice office job.
