Renewed Passion for my Work Under Supportive Leadership - Lead BCBA Above & Beyond Therapy Employee Review

After working for an ABA clinic for years during the pandemic that didn’t seem to encourage innovation or reward hard work, I felt like I was burning out in the field. After working with Above and Beyond ABA Therapy I feel supported, encouraged to innovate and follow areas of passion (such as PEERS for adolescents and parent support groups), compensated for ambition, and surrounded by other positive BCBAs. With manageable caseloads, frequent social events, leadership summits, and opportunities for growth, I can say that I’m working hard and enjoying my work.
