Love most of the staff Love the kids Amazing experience if you wish to make it into a career due to the resources like a lot of CBTs and BCBAs

Cons

HORRIBLE PAY and not even close to the average CBT salary Admin make poor decisions for rules that affect preparation time, training, etc Expectations from admin are close to impossible Environment is super cold or hot as the school building is sketchy and not close to a more secure school Lower staff’s word is not well respected which ultimately ends in a higher rate of quitting Communication is extremely poor

Academy for Precision Learning Response

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We have implemented a staff sentiment survey in the 2020-2021 school year that occurs monthly where staff are asked a series of questions to determine the satisfaction levels of different areas or topics. We report all findings monthly to be as transparent as possible. Change takes significant time and good change management, however, APL's administration has been dedicated to making positive changes that impact our school and clinic.
