Pros

inclusion setting, great hours 8-4.

Cons

Lack of instructional programs for clients, ABA is not effective because data is not consistently taken- high turnover rate, no trainings, no detailed programs to follow when new staff hired. And students are trying to acquire and generalize skills in the setting. Classrooms are crowded, no sub system so if your kid is in school and BT is out, there is no one to help them and it contributes to classroom chaos.- clinic setting the session would have been cancelled...

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We have taken great strides this year (2020-2021) in recruitment and retention and are happy to report that our attrition rate has been decreasing steadily since August of 2020. We have a clinical support specialist who focuses on staff training and professional development. We also have been working to improve our hiring and development of roving BT's.
