Pros
The company is probably going in the right direction with the products, finally doing projects and product enhancements we have talked about for a long time. There are still some really good people here, but many are leaving because they are shipping jobs offshore.
Cons
The CEO is a huge downgrade from the one we had before. He is a micro-manager and everyone is terrified he will pick on you next. He does not know how to be a CEO and wants to review everyone's project plans constantly. He starts meetings by saying its a safe place to talk about problems and then attacks people if they don't have the answers he wants. He is disrespectful, even to his c-level staff in front of everyone. It is sad. He is also really creepy with women and is chasing away really good senior people, right and left. Our CPO, our CTO and our CHRO have all left and we are waiting to find out who is next. If good people don't want to work with him, we will only be left with ones that are willing to kiss his butt and do whatever he says.
