Hello, I agree our PTO is key to an employee's mental health! We have very high standards and want our staff to take their earned time off to refresh! We would never want anyone to ignore violations, that in and of itself is a violation to our Standards of Conduct. We would never want anyone to lie or manipulate data. In fact, falsifying information is a serious offense in our organization so I (and your local Director of HR) would like to speak with you personally if you've witnessed such violations. Although, I'm not sure who your local HR Director is since you've indicated Brooklyn as your location and we do not have a location in Brooklyn.
