We understand that we have high expectations for our Teachers, given that we have a very important task at hand of closing the achievement gap for low income children and families. We are competitive in the market for a federally funded Head Start program. Employees can expect an increase in pay upon receipt of a COLA (cost of living adjustment) granted by the government, which we ARE fortunately receiving this year!
