Cons

As much as they profess to value employee growth since being apart of this organization I haven't seen much growth. They say they hire internally but that is something I also have yet to see

I encourage you to utilize our Tuition Reimbursement program, which will provide up to $500 per grant year for additional training/professional development courses that pertain to your job. I encourage you to speak with your manager about professional development opportunities and potential opportunities for growth.
