People at the bottom (lower staff) good.... people at the top... are looking for a bug to squash... Those bugs are the very teachers given the responsibility to care for the children...
Cons
WATCH YOUR BACK!!!! I can't stress this enough...... point blank!...... trust yourself only and document from the day you start until the day you quit ....because you will quit. There's no but's about that... it's a fact ... this is statistically true.... Their turn rate is ridiculous... Nothing will change... Make sure you document everything.... and got to the state.... If you feel that the tide is against you and you have no voice... the state is not an enemy it's a means to a end of dysfunction. It's better to have a third party investigation... than to lose the kids you love and build relationships with..... If you have a job your hate.... You'll hate this one much more... there's a fire burning here.... Don't touch the pot unless you want you get burned... I hope at this point you choose to take the other job your were looking at..... I wouldn't right this review if I didn't want the same thing to happen to anyone else... Your not a very smart person if you read all these reviews and still take the job. Some of these review are sugarcoating the truth.
