Pros

None, I would like to say there are pros but Adams does not treat their people right from past or present. Unfortunately it has been seen that those who work the hardest are the least seen across the board. They do not value hard work. Those that work the least and cause the most issues are rewarded with promotions.

Cons

They are not honest, they pay low, they have one set of standards for one group of staff and one for the other. They do not assist center staff as much as they could, in fact they make their jobs more difficult.

Pros

A good place to work if no one else will hire you. Literally no one.

Cons

Bad pay, horrible management, very little job security. Everything is very disorganized, most of their systems don't work properly most of the time. Things get broken, and if they ever get fixed, it takes months. If you're looking for an opportunity to actually help improve the lives of at-risk youth (which, in theory, is what they're supposed to be doing), you'll want to work literally anywhere but here.
