Had straight forward SOPs, and had resources to refer to.

Cons

There wasn’t a day that went by where someone wasn’t afraid of losing their job. No matter how hard you worked to complete a goal it wasn’t good enough.

Pros

A good place to work if no one else will hire you. Literally no one.

Cons

Bad pay, horrible management, very little job security. Everything is very disorganized, most of their systems don't work properly most of the time. Things get broken, and if they ever get fixed, it takes months. If you're looking for an opportunity to actually help improve the lives of at-risk youth (which, in theory, is what they're supposed to be doing), you'll want to work literally anywhere but here.
