      Pros

      Make great friends, decent pay, summer and winter shutdowns, paid vacation and pto. Supervisors are good and knowledgeable to a degree.

      Cons

      This place could care less about you and your family. They work you to death and you never get a set time off. Won’t pay you for downtime due to covid either. Just a number
