      Pros

      Pay and benefits are decent. Opportunities for growth although can be difficult due to politics.

      Cons

      Work / life balance not so good. Quite a bit of politics which seems almost the norm in corporations like this. A lot of micromanaging and waste. Way too many meetings. But there are definitely worse places to work.
