Still Hybrid, but that has been slowly fading
Cons
Pay has been stagnant since 2019 when they cut pay for the GM strike. It never came back. Said working from home was part of compensation so not increasing pay... Bring you back to the office and there's no increase to offset that for the years of inflation. Heads have been cut, not replaced, etc.. Most are overwhelmed and it drags on moral. Turnover has been steady in some departments since 2019.
