Undervalued. Biased work setting...all about who you know - Anonymous Adient Employee Review

All about who you know here. Some individuals make the work a toxic environment to work in. Management know this but allow certain individuals to get away with it...whereas some are scrutinized for being 10 mins late. But worse is this..after leaving the company I was contacted by an agency that unknowingly called me about the role I had just left, but with a salary that was more than 37% than what I was earning. How is that possible? Disappointed and disbelief was an understatement.
