Company trips/events/happy hour, free therapy for employees/family members, free snacks in break room

Cons

management has many "powertrip" moments with firing employees, you're being watched on camera every second of the day while working, gossipy cliques, very high turnover rate, very expensive health insurance.

Supportive coworkers/ owners, extensive training, fair wages, room to grow, promote from within, very open minded, caring, the work is pretty straight forward, and the bosses will back up the employees 100%.

Cons

Can be seditary at times. Not really any cons to working for Adler.
