      Decent benefits and lots of volunteer time spent out in the community!

      Cons

      One of Advia's core values is, Integrity. Unfortunately, I believe this relationship was one sided. Management has some work to do. It felt unorganized and chaotic. Advia prides themselves on keeping members and employees at the core and doing the right thing, yet while working there the only thing they truly cared about was sales numbers.

      Easy to pick up on great training great benefits Ceo is great (met him a couple times)

      Cons

      Hostile work environment No one seems like they want to be there Survey gets sent out but nothing is resolved
