Pros
Management holds not only the employees but themselves to high standards of conduct and upholding the company's core values. Management has always been willing to be flexible with my schedule. Insurance benefits are amazing! I feel comfortable bringing any questions or concerns I may have to management and know that they'll be received with understanding. I feel as though I'm allowed to be myself and flourish.
Cons
I can't really think of any downsides that have personally affected me. As with any office environment, personalities are bound to clash once in a while and I have not always had pleasant experiences with fellow employees. But that's to be expected. I'm in a position now that fits my personality, with a team that I fit in well with, with a schedule that works well for me.
