      Pros

      Great employees, work life balance. Some departments offer tons of opportunities to grow and learn more. CEO is wonderful and does seem to care about the employees.

      Cons

      Vacation is not comparable to other companies in our area. Bonuses seem to be for favorited employees that they make harder to get each year. Pay can be unequal throughout departments. You could have more education and experience but another person in the same department can be in a higher pay grade and just seemed valued more. Some departments promote people who don't know what they are doing while others make it impossible to get promoted. Management often can't give you an exact answer on what to do to go above and beyond for bonuses.

      Easy to pick up on great training great benefits Ceo is great (met him a couple times)

      Cons

      Hostile work environment No one seems like they want to be there Survey gets sent out but nothing is resolved
