      Pros

      I love Advia! I changed my career path in order to stay with the company. We have fantastic people and I’m grateful to be a part of such an amazing team. One of the best things about Advia is that we try to do a little better every year. Everyone at Advia is able to make a positive impact on the membership and the community. I can definitely say that I have had the opportunity to change so many lives.

      Cons

      Certain jobs at the credit union don’t allow for a great work/life balance. That is definitely not the case with all jobs. There are so many great opportunities.

      Easy to pick up on great training great benefits Ceo is great (met him a couple times)

      Cons

      Hostile work environment No one seems like they want to be there Survey gets sent out but nothing is resolved
