I would like to share some information that might provide a little understanding or context, Advia has a 48% internal promotion ratio meaning 48% of the time the hire comes from within the organization. Our pay ranges are evaluated annually with peer groups in our markets to verify that we remain competitive in our pay scales. We work very hard to be transparent with what a position does from not only our job descriptions, but our interviewing and training.
