Pros

Supportive, can easily grow and promote.

Cons

There is not enough accountability in management. Toxic managers are given too many chances. Even when complaints and turn over rate under them is staggering. Even when the manager has countless HR reports. You are encouraged to talk to HR and sold an idea of an ethical fair professionalism. But when someone in management isn’t acting out the core values, they get repeated chances and redirects at the expense of everyone beneath that manager. There is also a pecking order in management, and if an issue is not one that a BSM, or their superior, or the next superior wants to be an issue that exists….it will be squashed instead of dealt with.

Pros

Easy to pick up on great training great benefits Ceo is great (met him a couple times)

Cons

Hostile work environment No one seems like they want to be there Survey gets sent out but nothing is resolved
