The people here were amazing and always rooted for my growth.
Bank Holiday's, banker hours allowed me to work a second job.
Very flexible with my school schedule and never hesitated to give time off for a funeral.
Cons
Being a teller is not easy, 99% of members are great, the 1% ruins the experience.
You learn on the fly, I can't say it didn't work but be ready for that first week on the line.
This is a sales job which is not for me but that part was not emphasize in my interview.
Personally, moving up came from moving out.
