      Pros

      I have worked in multiple departments here and every manager has been fantastic

      Cons

      The company cares more about “warm bodies in seats” over a job being done well. They don’t care if the job is getting done well they just want someone who will follow all of their policies and sit in a chair 8-5 M-F

We offer flexibility through hybrid work for eligible roles, but we do not offer asynchronous working at this time.       Easy to pick up on great training great benefits Ceo is great (met him a couple times)

      Cons

      Hostile work environment No one seems like they want to be there Survey gets sent out but nothing is resolved
