Company is terrible to work for - Administrative Assistant Aero Air Employee Review

I learned so much from my time working in line service at Aero Air. It's a fast-paced environment, and you have to have thick skin, but it's a great place if you're willing to learn, be a team player, and follow instructions. If you're looking to start a career in aviation and want to ease your way into it, definitely consider a ramp agent/line service position at a small FBO like Aero Air.

Low pay and there might be a lot of physical labor for someone who's not used to it but nothing crazy.

Learning opportunities, multiple types of planes to gain experience on.

Pays less than many of the jobs in the area.
