Pros

The people who work at Aereantenna are great to work with. The common enemy binds the workforce into a cohesive group.

Cons

Low pay. Very strict environment. Dress Code. Paid Salary and treated like hourly. The owner closes down the business at the end or year, and takes your accumulated PTO to pay you for the shutdown.

Most of the people that work at AeroAntenna work there for many years, which speaks for itself. Salaries and benefits are very compatible and higher than the going rates in the industry. Dress code is very relax and so is the atmosphere.
